Every job starts with a written scope and a fixed price. No day rates, and no VAT charged.

I set up Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business, Claude Team or Gemini in Google Workspace (business editions), write a one-page AI use policy, build your automations, train your staff on your own work, and check back after 30 days. An automation is one repeated job your team does by hand, e.g. a site survey turned into a draft quote. Fixed price; timetable agreed in your scope.

    Half a day of interviews and a review of your tools and data, then a written plan with practical first steps and their costs. Fee credited to a setup booked within 30 days.

Choosing a tier

What decides the price

  • How many jobs you want automated. One repeated job is Small; up to three is Standard.
  • Where your data lives. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace already in place keeps it simple. Extra systems or sites move it to Bespoke.
  • How sensitive the data is. If it can't leave your premises, on-premises AI is a Bespoke option.
  • Not sure? Start with the audit. Its fee comes off a setup booked within 30 days.

The small print

What's included and what isn't

  • Software licences, API usage and any automation-platform or hosting charges. Paid by you directly to the vendor (for example Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT Business, per user per month). Your written scope lists them and their cost before you agree.
  • Travel. Included within Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Falkirk and the Lothians. Further afield, 45p a mile for the return journey from Edinburgh, and accommodation at cost if needed.
  • Payment. Audits, workshops, coaching and the policy pack upfront; setups 50% deposit and 50% at handover.
  • VAT. Carse AI isn't VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
